Originally from Sri Lanka, I moved to Auckland more than 14 years ago determined to pursue my passion for real estate and help people meet the real estate needs that mattered most to them. However, before venturing into the real estate industry, I held a prolific career in the service industry, retail, and IT, where I gained a vast range of experience that helped me transition smoothly into real estate and get where I am today. For the more than 8 years I have been in the industry, I have distinguished myself for my intuitive understanding of diverse clients’ needs, and a deep appreciation of the commitment, loyalty, and top-level service delivery they need to help them make their real estate dreams a reality. Throughout the years, I have gained a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, which has enabled me to serve an expansive pool of happy home buyers, sellers, renters, and investors. I make a deliberate effort to create strong, lasting relationships with my clients. This allows me to work closely and make them part of the solution, which gives them a sense of direction and focus. With a relentless pursuit of client satisfaction and an affinity for delivering top-notch housing solutions, I have risen in the industry to become a successful entrepreneur, Branch Manager and CEO of one of the leading franchises in Manukau. I was the youngest LJ Hooker and Harvey’s franchise owner since 2016, and now I have launched my own Boutique Agency named WORX Real Estate. This is a new concept for New Zealand, and I believe this will set a new trend in the Real Estate industry. I take pride in the vibrant team of passionate and professional salespeople I have created.
