Don't use Auckland Council's GIS Contours for your new House / Subdivision Designs on your Lot. This can cause a whole lot of problems going forward. Contact us to carry out a Topographical Survey on your section, to have levels and positions you can trust.

This Survey is of a vacant Lot in a new Subdivision on Hingaia Road, Karaka.
