From an empty section to home. 🏡

There’s something pretty special about seeing a family standing on an empty section, imagining what’s to come… and then welcoming them through the front door of their finished home.

And yes - that first photo was taken right where their front door now stands!

As first home buyers, this was a huge milestone for this young family, and our Jennian Homes Wairarapa team was wrapped to help bring their new home to life.

Building Communities On and Off the Field 🏉🏡

At Jennian Homes Wairarapa, we’re passionate about more than building homes - we’re passionate about building communities.

On the 29th of August, Rickie and Kerrie had the pleasure of attending Wairarapa Bush’s first home game of the season, proudly representing Jennian Homes Wairarapa as sponsors of local rugby - just one of the many perks of the job!

It was a stunning day, with a fantastic turnout from the local community, and even better to see Wairarapa Bush come away with a great win over Horowhenua Kapiti. đź‘Ź

The atmosphere, team spirit and local pride on display were a great reminder of what makes the Wairarapa such a special place to call home.

We’re proud to support Wairarapa Bush Rugby and the important role local sport plays in bringing our community together.

Congratulations to the team on a strong start to the home season. We’re looking forward to following the journey throughout the year!

What a season for the Farriers Dalefield Premier 1 Men! 🏆

After an outstanding 2026 campaign, the team have been crowned Wellington Champions, finishing the season with an impressive 15 wins from 18 matches.

And that’s not the only silverware coming back to the Wairarapa. The team also retained both the Nielsen Shield and Schaefer Cup, while adding the InterCity title and Miskimmin Challenge Shield to an incredible year.

As proud sponsors of Dalefield Hockey Club, we’re thrilled to celebrate the dedication, commitment and hard work that has gone into such a successful season.

A huge congratulations to the players, coaches, management and everyone behind the scenes. It’s fantastic to see our local team representing the Wairarapa so strongly on the regional stage.

For Monique, her favourite square metre is right where you’ll often find her - in the kitchen. 🏡

Built with Jennian Homes in 2023, her kitchen has become the heart of the home.
It’s where she loves to cook, entertain and, as an added bonus, keep an eye on what the neighbours are up to. 👀

Monique loved being part of the build process, from choosing the colours and finishes that made the home feel like hers, to how easy and streamlined the experience was along the way.

A space designed for the things she loves, with her own personality throughout because it’s what you do with every square metre that makes a house feel like home.

When Sandra & Trevor built with Jennian Homes in 2022, it was all about making the most of their footprint and creating a home that worked for the way they wanted to live. 🏡

Having space for family to stay was important. With the ability to close off the lounge, Sandra & Trevor can enjoy their own private space, while guests have an area of their own down the hall.

Working alongside the Jennian team, they were able to think through what mattered most to them and design a home around their lifestyle and the things they valued most.

Because it’s not always about having more space - it’s about utilising each square metre to create a home you love.

For Trevor, it’s the kitchen. As the cook most days, he loves having everything within easy reach - the pantry, fridge and plenty of space to get stuck in.

For Sandra, it’s the dining table in the heart of the living area. A sunny spot where she can read, paint and enjoy the warmth streaming through the large patio doors.

Different spaces, designed for different moments - all within a home that works for them and gives every square metre a purpose. ❤️
