✨SOLD — QUIETLY, OFF MARKET 🏡✨

A great result and a perfect example of why working as a team and staying connected with buyers really matters in this market.

I recently met these buyers at another open home I was running. During our conversation, they mentioned they were looking for something specific and asked if I had anything off market that might suit. As it happened, another agent within our agency had a property that was being quietly offered to the market.

Because we work as a team at PB and share opportunities across our agency, I was able to introduce the buyers to this property — and it turned out to be exactly what they were looking for.
They viewed it and put forward an offer the very next day, which was accepted! 🎉

No public campaign. No waiting for the right buyer to come along. Just great communication, teamwork and the right people connecting at the right time.

It’s also a great reminder for buyers: make sure you’re talking to agents, not just searching online. There are properties that never make it to the public market, and you could be the perfect buyer for one of them.

And for sellers, an off-market or quiet sale can sometimes be a fantastic option when the right buyer is already within an agent’s network.

Congratulations to both the buyers and sellers — and a big shout-out to my colleague for the teamwork that made this one happen. 🤝🏡

Mortgagee sales require a considered and carefully managed approach. From understanding the circumstances and legal requirements through to preparing the property for market, positioning it correctly, and managing buyer expectations, every step needs to be handled with care and professionalism, like most of these ones, we certainly had our fair share of obstacles but we came out with an excellent result!

A great result for our client and a reminder that, with the right strategy and careful management, even challenging property situations can achieve a successful outcome.

BOOM! I’m extremely excited to announce that 206 High Street is officially SOLD! 🎉🏡

This one was a journey, and sometimes things simply take a little time to align. In this case, it took three properties all needing to sell before 206 High Street could proudly have that SOLD sticker on the sign!

It’s a great reminder that good things take time — and in a tricky market, perseverance, strong negotiation, clear communication and the ability to liaise with all parties involved can make all the difference... so happy to say we got there in the end!

I’m so incredibly happy for my vendors, who can finally move forward and onto their next chapter. ❤️

And I’m equally excited for the new purchaser and her fur babies, who will soon be calling 206 High Street home. 🐾🏡

This was a home with heart, and it truly deserves to be loved.
