Another great result!
This beautiful Pahi home that I recently took on for management has now found its new tenants, and I’m really pleased with how smoothly everything has come together.
The owners have been able to move out, the property has been prepared and the new tenants are now just a few days away from moving into their new home. It’s created a really seamless transition and a great result for everyone involved.

One thing I’ve become really passionate about since moving into property management is making sure I look after BOTH sides of the tenancy.
Yes, I work for the owner. My job is to protect their investment, keep an eye on the property, stay on top of maintenance, compliance and all the legal stuff that comes with renting a home.
But there is a person living in that home too.
I believe tenants deserve to be listened to, treated with respect and have their concerns taken seriously. Happy tenants generally make good tenants, and good tenants are good for an owner’s investment.
I’m not here to simply collect the rent and send an owner a statement each month. I like knowing my properties, I like keeping an eye on the little things and I take a lot of pride in placing good quality tenants into homes and making sure both parties have a positive experience.
