This home attracted plenty of attention throughout the campaign, with over 14 groups through and four offers received at the deadline.

A fantastic result for 6 Talbot Place, selling under the hammer at auction!

This was such a great campaign with plenty of interest from the start, 21 groups through the property, lots of online enquiry and strong interest throughout the campaign.

A huge thank you to my vendor, who put so much trust in me and the auction process. From taking on all my advice (including chopping down trees half an hour before the photos!) to riding out the stressful moments along the way, you were so great to work with and I’m really pleased we got this result for you.

And congratulations to the purchasers! This is such a special property and I can’t wait to see what you do with it.

✨Local Spotlight ✨

One of Methven’s little gems that I’m not sure everyone knows about!

Located at 60 Main Street, the Methven Library is a volunteer-run boutique library with a fantastic selection of books, including new releases and plenty of popular authors.

The kids and I love heading down on a Saturday morning to choose our books for the week. There’s a great kids’ area with books, bean bags, puzzles and plenty to keep little ones occupied while you browse. There’s also nearly always someone to have a chat with while you’re there, it’s a lovely community space.

The adult selection is great too, with new books regularly being added to the shelves.

Opening hours:
Tuesday | 2–4pm
Friday | 2–4pm
Saturday | 10–11am

Run entirely by volunteers, we’re so lucky to have this great little resource right here in town. If you haven’t been in before, pop down and have a look!
