I got my Real Estate license as I didn't want anyone else to have as bad an experience as I did when I sold my house. I had a very poor experience when selling and decided that I wanted a change in career to make certain that no one else had to feel like I did, at what can be a very busy and stressful time. Prior to moving to New Zealand with my wife Gemma, I was employed in the banking industry f
or 20 years, having been a Bank Manager for Lloyds and managed a team in the head office for Barclays. This allowed me to gain the knowledge of both how to deal with people at important times of their life, as well as the paperwork needed behind the scenes! Having lived in London and Bournemouth in the UK and having spent time in the greater Auckland area and lived in Wellington for 2 years, I now reside in Papamoa. My main passion (outside of Real Estate!) is snooker and I am a member of both the Mt Maunganui RSA and Tauranga club, am vice president of the BOPBSA (Bay of Plenty Billiard and Snooker Association) and am proud to have won the BOP Open in 2020 & 2022, the Wellington Open in 2021 and the North Island Championship in 2021. I have a broad understanding of different areas, markets, strategies and of how I can help you when you are ready to sell your home, so if you need advice, have questions or just fancy a game of snooker feel free to get in touch with me on 027 286 4019 or email me: [email protected]
