A little idea came to life today 🦋🌱

I had such a lovely time at BestStart Coast Boulevard helping create a special Butterfly Garden for the children.

With lots of little hands helping (watching), the swan plants are in, the garden is ready and, even better, we already have our first hungry little caterpillar! 🐛

Now comes the exciting part, watching them grow, form their chrysalises and hopefully emerge as beautiful monarch butterflies.

I love being able to support little projects like this right here in my local Papamoa community. 💛

I think there are going to be some very excited little butterfly watchers over the coming weeks! 🦋

There is no perfect market. For homeowners contemplating a move, it can be easy to find reasons to wait.

The Reserve Bank has increased the OCR by 0.25% to 2.75%.

While rates have moved slightly higher, I think the bigger picture remains positive. Interest rates are still well below the highs we’ve experienced in recent years, and the property market continues to move towards a more balanced environment.

There are still opportunities for both buyers and sellers, particularly for those who are well positioned and have a clear plan.
