The owners of this property reside overseas and their elderly Singaporean mother enjoyed her two month holiday here once a year.

Almost every visit to the property for viewings or open homes came with such generosity—I was often sent home with amazing Singaporean food for my daughter and me, along with the most thoughtful gifts.

My daughter Maddie and I then helped this family to prepare the property for the handover to the new owners. A few trips to the Salvation Army with the horse float and a final clean.

Helping such a kind family achieve a smooth and successful sale was both effortless and incredibly rewarding for us both.

Last night I received this lovely message from the family.

“Thank you so much for everything you have done, especially all the extras above and beyond what most realtors would do.
