Being there for tenants isn't just something we say. Sometimes it means literally being there.⁣

A tenant family had their home broken into in Christchurch this week. It was their school-aged son who found it, home alone until property manager Jeremie got there.⁣
⁣
So the first job wasn't inspecting the damage. It was sitting with him until his dad got back.⁣
⁣
Then Jeremie swapped property manager for detective, checking the house was clear, working out where the intruders had got in and letting the owners know about the insurance claim for the window.⁣
