If I was buying my first home in Napier today, I'd be looking in 👇
📍 Maraenui
One of the most affordable ways to get into the Napier market. Bigger sections, solid homes, and plenty of opportunity to add value over time. It's a suburb that's often overlooked, but for first home buyers, that's exactly why it's worth considering.
📍 Marewa
Good value for money, handy to town, and plenty of solid homes on decent-sized sections. A great stepping stone into the market.
📍 Onekawa
Close to everything and still offers opportunities to buy smart. There are some great pockets of Onekawa that first-home buyers should be keeping an eye on.
📍 Tamatea
A popular choice for good reason. Schools, parks, shops, and a family-friendly feel. Many homes have already had the big-ticket upgrades done too.
Your first home isn't about finding your forever home...it's about getting started ✨
Buying your first home is a huge milestone, and helping people get there is one of my favourite parts of the job. If you're thinking about making a move, flick me a message, I'd love to help 💛
