SOLD | Avondale Road, Taradale 🏡
Sometimes a real estate opportunity starts in the most unexpected place.
A few weeks ago, I was getting Warrant of Fitness for my car when a conversation started about Avondale Road with the vendor who works there.
The property had already been on the market with another agency for around eight weeks. During that campaign, there had been approximately seven groups through the property, but unfortunately, it hadn’t resulted in a sale.
We started talking about what could potentially be done differently.
From there, I met with the owners, went through the property, completed an appraisal and discussed a fresh marketing strategy. Within just a few days, everything was organised and we launched the property back onto the market.
The response was completely different.
In the first week alone, we had around 16 groups through.
Over the following four weeks, we welcomed approximately 35 to 40 groups through the property while working through our deadline sale campaign.
There were plenty of conversations, follow ups, buyer feedback, negotiations.
And now I’m very happy to say...
Avondale Road is Officially SOLD! 🎉🔑
