So, who is Jeremie?⁣

A born-and-bred Cantabrian, Jeremie knows the region and its people well. With more than eight years' experience in property management, plus a background in hospitality, facilities management and education, he's spent plenty of time looking after people + solving problems. Outside of work, you'll usually find him spending time with family, at the gym, or cheering on the Crusaders and All Blacks.⁣

Smarter property management has officially crossed the Cook Strait.⁣

After building something pretty special in Hawke's Bay, we felt it was time to take everything that's made Rentsmart a success south.⁣
⁣
Because we believe Christchurch deserves smarter property management that's firm, fair and friendly too. The kind that gives you the lifestyle freedom to enjoy the rewards of property ownership, without the hassle.⁣

We weren't about to expand just for the sake of it. Then we crossed paths with Jeremie King a born-and-bred Cantabrian who shares our belief that ordinary property management just doesn't cut the mustard.⁣

We know property management can sometimes feel a bit… corporate.

Lots of automated emails.
Lots of “per my last message.”
Lots of feeling like you’re talking to a company instead of an actual person.

That’s never really been our vibe!

We know rentals are personal.
People are raising kids in them.
Starting over in them.
Stress-cleaning them before inspections.
Turning them into home.

So yes, we take the job seriously - but we also try to keep things human because good communication, honesty, and being approachable actually goes a long way.
