STRATEGY:
Secure an offer "subject to the vendors purchasing" allowing them a strong leverage position, and certainty regarding budget.
First few weeks = no price marketing, after gathering real buyer feedback and analyzing properties on the market in close proximity, moved to an "Enquiries over" strategy, resulting in multiple offers.

SERVICE:
Video marketing with very specific targeting and placement. In depth and focused vendor reporting - sales taken place in the last 7 days, changes to marketing strategies for properties in close proximity, new competing listings - anything and everything a seller needs to know in order to make informed decisions.

SOLD:
Three competing offers presented - vendors were able to secure a strong offer that put them in an excellent position to purchase- activated the escape clause on a property already under contract and secured it.

Amy-Jane and Kevin, thank you for your unwavering trust, it's certainly no simple feat both selling and buying, but through working the strategy - you achieved something pretty spectacular for you and your family, congratulations!
