Emma McCashin - Summit Real Estate Prior to my return to real estate in 2018, I re-opened and operated McCashin’s Brewery, alongside my husband.

Having started my career as a property lawyer in 2000, I am passionate about real estate and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of property investment and ownership. Since our move to Nelson in 2009, we have welcomed three children, six chooks, three dogs, six goats and three lambs to the family, while completing three renovations, numerous build projects and three subdivisions. My genuine interest and knowledge of the property market and extensive business experience, combined with professional expertise and networks enables me to add real value when helping clients to sell or redevelop their properties.
