We are on the look out for a reliable Airbnb Cleaner Needed in Nelson CBD

We own 5 high end apartments which are operated as short term and air b n b. We are looking for a dedicated cleaner to prepare our apartments for incoming guests, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in a timely manner. There are two one bedroom apartments and three two bedroom apartments.

Responsibilities:
* Thorough cleaning of all rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas).
* Wiping down surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
* Changing linens and towels (beds made, towels placed).
* Restocking essential supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc.).
* Checking/tidying up for guest arrival

What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, ideally with short-term rentals.
* Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, reliability, and efficiency.
* Availability: Must be available for change overs, often on short notice, within 11am - 2pm window on weekdays/weekends.
* Logistics: Reliable transportation, cleaning supplies provided.

Remuneration:
* Hourly Rate negotiated and must be invoiced.
* Paid promptly
