Welcome Real Estate by Sam Trevurza to the Motueka office! 🌟
Born and raised in Motueka, Sam's proud to call the Tasman region home. She feels incredibly lucky to have grown up in a place with such a great lifestyle, from the beaches and rivers to the sunshine, community and people.
Before joining Summit Real Estate Motueka as a salesperson, Sam spent 8 years working in education across early childhood, primary and secondary settings, most recently as a sports coordinator. Alongside this, she runs her own nail business. These experiences have helped Sam build strong communication and organisational skills, while teaching her the importance of listening, building genuine relationships and making people feel supported.
Having recently purchased her own first home, Sam knows how exciting the process can be, as well as how much there is to learn along the way. This experience has inspired Sam to help others navigate their own property journey and to make the experience as positive and straightforward as possible.
Outside of real estate, Sam enjoys keeping active through netball, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of the outdoors. Having grown up as a competitive swimmer, she's always had a love for the water and the active lifestyle that comes with living in Motueka.
Sam is excited to begin this next chapter with the team at Summit Real Estate Motueka and look forward to building further relationships within the community and helping people find a place they’re proud to call theirs.
