They provide home visits, information, support and advocacy to both people living with dementia and their carers/care partners and families/whanau. As well as day programmes in New Plymouth and Hawera offering social and cognitive stimulation, entertainment and activities, education. The friendly team has up-to-date information to help promote dementia awareness throughout our region.
