🏠 109 homes sold – 36 fewer than August last year
💰 $700,000 median price – up 2%
📅 53 median days to sell – just 1.5 days longer than last year
📈 $809,648 average price YTD – up 7%
🔑 1,072 sales YTD – 72 fewer than this time last year
👀 $751k–$1m sales are up 11% YTD
⬆️ $1m–$1.6m sales are up 14% YTD
💵 Sales below $500k are down 30% YTD

Fewer sales, but higher prices and more activity further up the price range.
