You might have noticed that a number of us successful agents have left traditional companies. We aren’t the ones who are struggling. We’re the ones who are winning!

We have outgrown traditional outdated models that don’t best serve our clients.

Struggling agents look for a lifeline and go to companies that just want bums on seats to look like they have a big “team”.

Successful agents see the ceiling these companies have put in place and start asking what’s on the other side? We’re forward thinkers.

That’s called ambition. And if you’re a seller, you should start taking this seriously.

Couldn’t disagree with this more! Do NOT leave your property on the market forever and a day. A decent agent will advise you to withdraw it. Or maybe it’s time for a new agent. But leaving it on makes it look like there’s something wrong with your property & if you do get a buyer they will likely make a low blow offer.
