Just a big thank you to so many clients who have messaged asking me about my holiday and whether I’m back (I didn’t really think anyone would miss me lol). From rugby in SA, absolute highlight safari on land & Chobe River in Botswana, spectacular Vic Falls in Zambia and a trip down the Zambezi River with crocs in Zimbabwe. Then Singapore & Bintan Island. Amazing experiences & memories. Good to be home though, missed my fur babies, so rejuvenated, now ready to kick arse in real estate again! Feeling very competitive! 😜🥰

A DOUBLE LOVE story! Jesse viewed this house a couple years ago but another Jesse bought it! Fast forward 2 years & house is back on market…Jesse has now met the beautiful Chontelle and together they have saved more deposit, this ticked all their boxes so Chontelle said YES! Today they receive the keys! What an awesome first home buyer success story! ❤️❤️‍🔥💃🏻🕺🏻Huge congrats! 🥂

You might remember a video I did a while back of Jesse, 21 at the time, who saved his own deposit & bought this. Now he's moving on to the next project and I'm thrilled to have had his repeat business and sold this again to another lovely first home buyer couple. I cannot describe the gratitude I feel to receive repeat business, when clients acknowledge my excellent skills & apparently I'm fun to work with too! So chuffed and thrilled for everyone all round! 🤩🥳 PS: I tried to get Jesse to do another video but he was a bit camera shy this time! 😁

Agents are still “buying” your listing. A while back I lost 2 listings in a row, the agents who secured these had priced the properties $70-100k above my appraisal. Nearly 90 days later, those properties haven’t sold. The owners are down 4K in marketing costs & the only place those $$ have gone is to promote the agent to look like they have lots of listings. I prefer to under promise & over deliver. 📞 me for a realistic approach.
