From 29 June 2026, Tenancy Services has officially moved bond refunds and several other bond transactions online through Bond Hub. That means the old paper forms are a thing of the past, making the process quicker, easier to track, and less likely to be delayed by missing paperwork.
๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ'๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ ๐ธ๐ป๐ผ๐:
โ๏ธ Bond refund requests are now completed online.
โ๏ธ Tenants can review and respond to refund requests digitally.
โ๏ธ Tenants can view their bond details and update their contact information through Bond Hub.
โ๏ธ Email and SMS notifications help keep everyone informed throughout the process.
๐ก ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐: If you're renting, make sure Tenancy Services has your current email address and mobile number. If your details aren't up to date, important notifications may be sent by post instead, which could delay your bond refund.
