The August figures show a change in the market compared with the previous month, with the median sale price sitting higher while the median time to sell remained relatively steady.

But as always, the wider market figures are only part of the story. Every property, price point and suburb can perform differently.

This was my first sale handled completely solo from start to finish — something I'm pretty bloody proud of! 🥹🙌

The property was listed by our colleague Michelle, but the purchaser came through me. I worked with them throughout the process and helped get the deal across the line. 🔨🏡
