77 Anglers Ave Lot 1 and Lot 2 are officially sold! Big congrats to the vendors and the purchasers for securing these superb waterfront titles. There were multiple offers from the deadline sale campaign, these proved very popular.

We got creative with the marketing and had great signage, photos, video and online presence with a dash of print media thrown into the mix.

It was a pleasure to help achieve a successful result here.

Happy Easter, it's a great weekend to be in the garden. These have been getting harvested near daily lately. Passionfruit, apple cucumber, java chilli, habernero, jalapeño and cherry tomato. I'll be planting a few dozen brassica over the long weekend too.
