A fabulous week for Ngaruawahia Harcourts. Meg Daly scoops more prizes than ever, winning a Personal Best and 5th place in the Hamilton Harcourts Monarch Franchise. Unheard of for our little Ngaruawahia branch as Hamilton based agents sell higher value houses as a matter of course. But August was quiet in the big city allowing our little country branch to get a chance to shine.

I have several buyers for entry level homes in Ngaaruawahiaa and surrounds- the older 1950's and 1960's and 1970's homes .
