Hi, Folks.

It is time I acknowledge out loud that a new venture Jungle House NZ requires more of my energy. As I am terrible at saying no... Please don't ask me to do GID work😆 I love helping out with the skills I have but it is time to put another hat on. As I am the man of many. Thank you everyone for your support. Now come buy some plants n stuff from us. Just got a call from a commercial agent as I was typing this. Should we lease a garden centre??!!

First big job as The GID completed! Proud as punch!... and humbled. House renos always throw you challenges but that's why I like it...
7 week turnaround. This home has a new lease on life and a lovely tenant. GID.

2 windows completely replaced and 1 new insert.
Ceiling and Floor insulation Installed.
Replace broken Electrical fittings and new switchboard.
Rubbish removal.
Leaking water pipe repaired.
Kitchen and Bathroom we're fine..PHEW!

Tidy up gardens and remove larger trees.
Repair and paint roof.
Paint Exterior.

Renovate Unit 3:
Replace all external windows.
Insulation
New kitchen
repair/replace damaged gib board.
Interior paint.
New carpet and vinyl flooring.
