Finally finished one of my lockdown projects and got some of our holiday snaps up on the wall in the hallway. Pics are from the last overseas trip we took three years ago - Holly Harnett & Tom at Baker Street Tube Station in London, a cool brick building Trent & I liked the look of in Toronto and the Liberty London department store at the top of Carnaby St.

So great to take a look here at the digital fly-through video of the proposed Penlink road/bridge and how it connects the Coast-Stillwater-SH1.
It’s an exciting development and I can’t wait to see this much anticipated plan come to fruition 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
It’s much longer than I thought it would be. 👀 What do you think?

Market Update April 2022 | Market eases into the winter months. ❄️🏡⁠
Residential sales activity slowed further in April as the market settled into its current rhythm.⁠
⁠
Sales volume New Zealand-wide decreased annually by 35%. Auckland also saw a decrease in the activity of 41.3%. As did our local markets – the North Shore and North West – seeing a decrease of 43% and 36.5% respectively. (REINZ April 2022 report)
