That's a wrap on our first open home at 20 Taraire Street, Ostend!

It was fantastic to welcome buyers through today and hear their feedback. The generous living spaces, beautiful tropical and native gardens, elevated sea views and the warm, welcoming feel of the home were all stand-out features.

Still smiling after Thursday's Pink Ribbon High Tea. 💗

After weeks of planning, it was incredibly rewarding to see our Bayleys Waiheke team, local businesses and wider community come together for such an important cause.

From the ABC Tree to the Bra Wall, every detail was embraced with generosity, laughter and compassion.

To raise $13,000 for Breast Cancer Foundation NZ at our inaugural event is something I'm immensely proud to have been part of.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, sponsored and attended. The warmth in the room was truly something special.

Judging by the success of the day, I think we may have just started a new Bayleys Waiheke tradition.
