Viv Scott - McDonald Real Estate Ltd Opunake I spend most mornings at Middleton Bay (home to the Opunake Boat Club and boat ramp) and love hearing a good fishing yarn.

Covering the whole process of Real Estate: Buying, Selling and Rental Property Management; with over 20 years experience in this ever evolving industry, I can help my clients through what can often be a very stressful time. I live in Opunake and have done for most of my life; in recent years Opunake has seen steady growth with many out of towners moving here, drawing people in with our awesome beaches, arts trails and strong community spirit - why would you want to live anywhere else? I have four adult children, Alex, Erin, Joshua and James - who all really enjoyed growing up on the coast. I work in the Opunake office covering the coastal area in Residential & Lifestyle Sales and Property Management with my awesome administrators, Tara Gibson and Ali McQuaig; I hold my AREINZ licence and I’ve recently teamed up with Tara in sales who also has a background in graphic design. Over 20 years I’ve worked for McDonald Real Estate - in an ever evolving industry I’m pleased I have my experience I can count on.
