What seemed like forever, stage 1 of our new subdivision is nearly complete.

The road is laid, footpaths are in, markings and signs are up, and how about the new rain gardens..!! This is an advanced design to minimise storm water run off, ultimately increasing ground water recharge whilst minimising outpour flows into our Awa.

There are only 4 sections left for sale in stage 1, and all almost ready to issue new titles to the new section owners.
