While buyer activity across the region continues to strengthen, the market conditions do remain somewhat mixed. Open home attendance levels are variable, however the quality of enquiry remains strong, with genuine buyers engaged and showing clear intent.

Competition continues to build on well-presented, well-priced properties, and we’re seeing a noticeable return of ‘fear of missing out’ among some buyers. Investors are also gradually re-emerging, focusing on opportunities where the fundamentals stack up and the numbers make sense, adding further depth to the market.

What an incredible evening celebrating our people at our Bayleys regional Awards last Friday night. It was fantastic to have our wider team from across all six offices together in the one room, along with Johnny Sinclair, Bayleys' National Director - Residential, making the occasion even more special.

The night was all about recognising the outstanding achievements across our region and taking a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate what has been a huge year for our team.

Rachel Thompson, Regional General Manager, shared:
"This night was about our people. It’s a chance to acknowledge the effort, commitment, and results that have come from every corner of our business over the past year. Just as importantly, it’s an opportunity to get together as a team, celebrate our successes, and say a genuine thank you to each and every one for the part they play in our business."
