For this months monthly visit giveaway i'm shining the spotlight on Flow & Flourish owned by Michelle, who provides lactation and feeding support to mums and families, helping them feel more confident and supported when it comes to feeding their newborns.

As a new dad myself, this one is a little closer to home.

Since Lucy and I welcomed our little boy, Torrie, we’ve had Michelle come and visit us to help with feeding. Being new parents, there were plenty of questions and things we weren’t sure about, but Michelle was amazing.

She gave us really great advice, showed us different ways we could help Torrie with feeding, and most importantly, we never felt judged. She made us feel comfortable asking questions and gave us the confidence to work out what was best for us and Torrie. ❤️

It has honestly been so helpful for both Lucy and me, and it’s one of those things you don’t always realise you might need until you’re in the thick of those first few weeks with a newborn.

This Father’s Day feels a little extra special for me, as it’s my first one as a dad.

Becoming a dad has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life, and I’m so grateful for our little boy and my beautiful family.
