Some homes are square…
Some homes are simple…
But THIS home?

The November numbers are in — and confidence is officially back.

This month’s market data shows a clear shift: the Reserve Bank’s recent rate cut has brought stability, activity, and a whole lot more certainty back into the housing market.

Here’s what’s happening right now:
✨ Borrowing costs are the lowest they’ve been in almost two years
✨ House prices have stabilised with gentle month-on-month growth
✨ Buyer enquiry is up double-digits
✨ Auctions and open homes are noticeably busier
✨ First-home buyers are leading the charge

Economists expect modest growth this year, strengthening into 2026 — signalling that we’re sitting in a strategic selling window, where the market is balanced, transparent, and increasingly confident.

If you’re thinking about selling in the next 3–6 months, now is the time to get your strategy sorted.
DM me or reach out — happy to talk through a plan that works for you.

✨ When you know, you know. ✨

Some homes don’t even make it to launch.

73 Milano Boulevard — a showhome admired for its design, quality, and lifestyle, and never lived in — was one of them.

Buyers recognised it immediately.
So much so, it sold before campaign day.

We knew it was a good thing. So did the buyers.

Curious what today’s demand could mean for your home? Let’s chat.
