Peter Gadsdon - Residential Sales Consultant I have llived in the Manukau area most of my life and have a real passion for the area and the people who live in it.

I have extensive experience in sales and marketing in wholesale, retail and international trade negotiations. Most of my career has been at a senior level with one of the world’s largest motor companies and later with two significant New Zealand exporters with emphasis on international business development and sales. Thoughout my life I have had a strong passion for the real estate industry and own a number of properties within the Manukau area. My passion for the industry and training under the latest real estate legislation has provided me with the tools I needs to provide the best professional service levels to both buyers and sellers. I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic person and will ensure that I achieve the best possible price for your property while keeping you well informed of progress during the process. I currently live in Hillpark Manurewa with my wife and two sons. During my spare time, I enjoy mountain biking or working on my family tree.

"View of the Great South Road, Wiri, 1957. This shows the original site of the Woodside township which flourished as a coaching stop during the 1850s and beyond. The Raglan Hotel, which was originally opened as the 'Halfway House' in 1859, used to stand on the rise near the house to the far right. It burned down in 1876. Note the car-on-a-pole sign which advertises used cars standing in the field to the right." Eric Sweet

A sign on the footpath to the left advertises a shoe repair service. Behind this is a dairy. Next comes Bryant's Supermarket, a pharmacy, a land agency and, beyond a vacant section, the Regent Cinema. On the other side of the road are the premises of Manurewa Hardware and a footwear shop. Manurewa's famous Norfolk pine can be seen beyond." Eric Sweet
