Venture Developments was started by Mark Fraser-Jones and Ben Graham in 2008 and in that time has grown to be one of the largest building companies in the Bay of Plenty. We believe in building modern, well designed and well finished homes at an affordable price point. We are big believers in "what you see is what you get", so when you visit one of our show homes you can rest assured that the quali

Working alongside Brad and his family to transform a cosy little section in Mount Maunganui into a beautiful, spacious and highly functional home was an absolute privilege from start to finish.

For the past decade, MC has been an important part of our team and it’s been a privilege to have a front row seat to her growth, both professionally and personally.

During her time with us she has achieved her LBP Design qualification, which is an incredible accomplishment and opens the door to a whole new world of opportunities ahead.

Tin is an absolute legend 🤩

Over the past 10+ years with us, he’s gained his building qualification, produced incredible work and most importantly, become the rock for his family as they built a new life here in New Zealand after moving from Kiribati.
