The latest REINZ numbers are out and the local property market is moving! Here is what we are seeing across the region:

Pāpāmoa Beach: Prices surged significantly compared to last year, with homes selling a couple of days faster. 🚀

Mount Maungānui: Property values dropped back and houses are taking longer to clear from the market.

Tauranga City: Total sales cooled down slightly but prices remained steady and stable.

The Takeaway: All types of buyers were out and active this August! Local experts anticipate steady conditions and are cautiously optimistic as we head toward the end of the year.
