🎸 Not everything happens at full volume.

One thing I’ve learnt in real estate, much like music, is that sometimes the most important things happen in the quiet spaces.

A week with fewer enquiries, fewer people through the door or not much obvious interaction doesn’t necessarily mean buyers aren’t thinking.

Sometimes they’re watching.
Sometimes they’re talking it over.
Sometimes they’re working through the numbers, getting finance sorted, talking to family or simply waiting until the time feels right.

And then, almost out of nowhere, the conversation changes.

That’s why I’m a big believer in trusting the process.

At this time of year, we’re seeing buyers being more considered and cautious, particularly when it comes to the bigger spends. But we’re also seeing plenty of genuine buyer activity. It just doesn’t always happen all at once, or out in the open.

Behind the scenes, there’s often a lot more happening than you realise.

It’s been another really productive week for me, with some very encouraging analytics and conversations coming through. The numbers I’m seeing continue to point towards a market that is gradually lifting, while buyers remain selective about where they put their money.

And there’s a bit more happening behind the scenes for me too… 👀

I’ve got two new properties coming to market soon, so I’ll be sharing a little sneak peek of those over the coming days. 💥

For vendors, the message is simple:

Keep the faith. Keep making the right moves. Keep listening to the market. And trust the process.💯

Sometimes the quietest part of the song is where the next big change starts. 🎶
