One thing I've noticed about the Tauranga market 👀

People often ask me, "Is the market slow?"

My answer is... not really.

One of the things I value most is staying connected with the people who've been part of my journey.

Last week was a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues from my previous career and celebrate one of the team heading into retirement. It was fantastic hearing what everyone has been up to and sharing a few laughs along the way.

I've always believed integrity is about more than just doing the right thing in business,it's about treating people well, building genuine relationships, and keeping those connections strong, no matter where life takes you.

Grateful for a great night with some great people. Here's to friendships that stand the test of time. ❤️

This week has been one of those weeks that reminds me why I love what I do.

What if the problem isn't your house... it's the strategy? 📊

McCutcheon Road proved exactly that.💯

Before I was entrusted with the property, it had been on the market for close to five months with another agency and hadn't received a single offer.

Over the next four months, we changed the approach, created genuine buyer competition, worked through multiple negotiations, received five or six offers, overcame one contract falling over when a buyer couldn't sell their own home, and stayed the course.

The result?

An unconditional sale at a price well above what many thought was possible.🔥

The biggest lesson?

Selling real estate isn't just about putting a sign in the ground. It's about knowing how to negotiate, adapt when things don't go to plan, and keep everyone moving towards the finish line.
