Being self employed teaches you a lot. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that worrying about the future doesn't change it. What does change it is getting up, doing the work, making the calls, following up, and staying consistent. 💯

This morning started the same way most mornings do, getting dragged around the block by Rocky and Stella! Fresh air, a clear head, and a reminder to focus on what I can control.

The Tauranga market is definitely awake. 👀🏡

There's been plenty of talk about the market over the last few months, but what I'm seeing on the ground right now is encouraging.

First home buyers are active, motivated, and making decisions. What's also exciting is that the next tier of buyers are moving too, creating momentum through the market.

The key? Presentation and pricing.

When the right property hits the market at the right price point, buyers are responding quickly. I've recently had one property go under contract within two weeks, another secure a contract shortly after, with more offers on properties that have quietly waited for "that buyer" and I'm currently preparing several more homes to come to market over the next few weeks.

There are genuine buyers out there looking for their next home, and there are sellers taking advantage of the opportunities that are presenting themselves.💯

If you've been sitting on the fence wondering whether now is the right time, it might be worth having a conversation. Every property and situation is different, but one thing is clear, the buyers are out there. 🔥

Cold mornings. Dark starts. Same routine. 🐾

No matter the weather, consistency matters. 💯
While the temperature’s dropping, the market definitely isn’t. A few exciting offers are getting close to coming together, and I can’t wait to be putting more SOLD stickers up soon. 🙌

Every day starts like this, getting dragged around the block by Rocky & Stella before the phone starts ringing. It clears the head, keeps me grounded, and gets me ready for another busy day helping people make their next move.

It’s already been a massive month, with some exciting new listings about to hit the market soon too. Feeling grateful, motivated, and genuinely loving the ride.
