The second of our Auction Gala sales & an emotional one - the end of their Pauanui chapter for our vendors! 💙

Only one bidder - the right one! That’s all you need for a successful auction sale & that’s what our buyers were! 🤗

Congratulations to both parties, this one was absolutely meant to be & we couldn’t be more thrilled & honoured to be involved! 🥰

on Mountain Vista Place!! 🎉

The first of our Auction Gala properties to go up under the hammer & it’s SOLD! 👊🏼

Credit to our amazing vendors for trusting the process & being so transparent in the marketing! It was a difficult situation that with complete openness attracted 3 registered bidders on the day! 🤗

A massive congratulations to our purchasers that have inched themselves closer to the beach in a top location with huge opportunity! ⛱️
