The bank manager at the time said who else is buying this property with you, of which she replied – “just me”. After some convincing them and her mum as a guarantor, Dianna was able to realise her dream. Since that time, she has had various investment properties, carried out subdivision work, built new homes and lived and moved to different localities throughout NZ. After travelling extensively overseas, Dianna chose to settle at the top of the South, in the beautiful region of Marlborough, in the small township of Picton. Dianna’s passion and depth of experience does not stop there, she has worked for the banks, managing Rural Properties and was a Registered Property Valuer. To summarise her experience in her own words:
