We are all so excited about the return of Ayrburn’s Winter Wonderland to Ayrburn this Friday, 27 June, until Sunday, 27 July.

As the sun sets on 27 June, the precinct will come alive with a world-class display of Christmas lights – the largest in the Southern Hemisphere. Stroll under the glow of the lights with a hot chocolate in hand and perhaps pause a while to roast a marshmallow around the braziers.

We are incredibly proud of the project team for designing and delivering The Bakehouse to an exceptional standard. A new building designed to fit alongside remediated heritage buildings with abundant character and design edge. The Bakehouse Ayrburn doesn't disappoint and walks the line perfectly between old and new. Being selected as one of three finalists in the Hospitality category of the .nz New Zealand Interior Awards 2025 is an honour.

The Bakehouse is fast becoming Queenstown’s favourite venue for all-day dining and home to R.M Prime Produce, complete with our onsite butcher and a store like no other.

Winton is delighted to complete Ayrburn's latest offerings, The Bakehouse and R.M Produce, now open 8am – 8pm daily.

The Bakehouse is a refined yet casual setting designed to bring people together over delicious food, whether in venue or at home. The menu caters to breakfast, lunch and dinner, and everything in between where coffee, pastries, wood-fired pizzas and hand-made pasta are just some of the daily offerings. It is also perfect for weddings and private events, seating over 100 people.

R.M Produce, under the same roof as The Bakehouse, is home to Ayrburn’s world-class butcher, deli offerings, Ayrburn wine, baked bread, fresh flowers grown onsite and much more.

Incorporating The Bakehouse and R.M Produce at Ayrburn draws parallels with the years gone by at Ayrburn Farm, once a wheat and livestock farm owned by the well-known William Paterson. Grain from Ayrburn Farm supplied many of the area’s flour mills and it is an absolute delight to share bread (and many other daily indulgences) on the farm again.

The quality of this project's design and craftsmanship is a tribute to the materials and skill of those involved. Congratulations to the entire project team for staying true to the vision and delivering a world-class project!
