Virtual staging is a cost-effective method for us to make properties more appealing to potential buyers. Rather than using traditional home staging techniques, where furniture and decor is physically brought in and arranged, digital technology is used to add furniture, decor and other design elements to a room. This is done through the use of computer software and 3D rendering, creating a virtual representation of a fully furnished and decorated space.

By using virtual staging, we can increase the perceived value of a property and make it more attractive to potential buyers by showing them how the space could look when it is fully furnished and decorated. I am curious to know what your thoughts are :-)

The total number of homes for sale on the realestate.co.nz website in July was up 32.3% compared to July last year, while new listings received in July rose 31.3% for the same period.
So there is still a flood of properties coming onto the market.

"Buyers have ample choice and time to decide," Realestate.co.nz CEO Sarah Wood said.

"But this will be a competitive market for many sellers - they should research local market trends and be prepared to negotiate to meet the market," she said.
