A good reminder to keep any combustable materials away from the fireplace

Can you spot what went wrong here? 👀

While the residents weren’t looking, the wood basket that was too close to the fireplace, caught fire!🔥

Thankfully, someone saw smoke down the hallway and had put the fire out by the time Greymouth Volunteer Fire Brigade arrived.

This is a timely reminder to keep a metre clearance around fireplaces and heaters.

A periodic tenancy agreement has no end date, and it continues until either the tenant or the landlord gives written notice. Whereas a fixed term agreement lasts for a set amount of time such as a year.
