This is Kevin’s Country

Most real estate agents say the same things – they’re trustworthy, they work for the vendor, they’re experienced, successful and they listen to your needs. Even I say it but, then again, that’s not all I say.

•I say that I’m a solution finder – if there’s a problem then I will find the answer. I’ve hired a bulldozer, cleaned tracks and ensured gates swung easily so tha

t potential purchasers can see the whole property as it should be seen, not just sitting at the front gate trying to imagine the property.

•I say that I say that I’m a hunter – someone who goes out and actively looks for the right person to buy your property.

•I say that I keep stats so I can target specific demographics – where to advertise, when to advertise and who to advertise to.

•I say that I believe real estate is all about relationships and not geography – I’ve had a vendor in the Antarctic, a purchaser 2 hours out of Melbourne, one solicitor in Tauranga and another in Rotorua, a property in the Bay of Plenty and me in Auckland all come together in a successful sale.

•I say that my knowledge and all-out passion for property spills over to my clients – ensuring that each and every one of them receives the very best possible service every step of the way.

•I say that I’m a Lifestyle and Forestry specialist with proven success who will go the extra mile for you.

The concept of home is evolving, and so are living arrangements!

Multi-generational living—where multiple generations of a family live under one roof—is becoming more common, offering benefits like shared expenses, built-in childcare, and stronger family connections. Some homes are even designed with separate living spaces to accommodate privacy while keeping loved ones close.

How do you feel about this trend? Would multi-generational living be a consideration for your family?
