Grant began his real estate career when he moved to Queenstown in 1993 with Challenge Realty and then Locations Realty. Bayleys merged with Locations and Grant has been a senior member of the company ever since. He has experienced every market change during his 29 years in the industry and believes this is where experience and knowledge really counts. Understanding the needs of clients and vendors and how to deal with the many situations that occur while marketing properties and negotiating with offers, is the most important part of helping everyone achieve a happy result.
