Lovely warm 3 bed apartment, Next to Coronet Peak. In the sunny part of Arthurs Point! 5 mins drive or bus to town, partly furnished and lovely. You can avoid traffic heading quickly to central Queenstown, Arrowtown and Frankton Flats for shopping - it's now arguably the best location in the region for quick, convenient travel. Arthurs Point also enjoys some of the best sunlight hours especially in winter, consider Fernhill and Frankton road that spends months in permanent frost... not here, it's toasty.

3 double bedrooms all with generous wardrobes. 2 of them with doors opening onto separate outdoor living spaces. There's a lovely deck out front through the generous bi-folding front doors, a large outdoors deck over the garage (about 70m2) and a third outdoor patio. So great outdoor living spaces.

1 off street car park, directly out front. So much easier than fernhill - it's also beautifully furnished. It's super well insulated and it has a new economic and toasty heatpump. Check the photo's and captions for more details. This generous space has it all. Don't make the mistake of choosing a tired, cold, rundown room in Fernhill or elsewhere.
