Construction is now underway on the first section of the Jacks Point to Frankton cycle trail, bringing an exciting new connection to the wider Queenstown Trail network.

This is an exciting step towards a more connected Southern Corridor, making it easier to walk and cycle between Woolbrae, Hanley’s Farm, Jacks Point, Park Ridge, Frankton and beyond.

A big milestone for Woolbrae! 🏡 Titles for Stage One are now through, bringing the first 50 lots another step closer to welcoming residents. Since launching in September, 37 house‑and‑land packages have sold with a strong focus on locals and first‑home buyers.

With homes under construction and community features like the playground and pedestrian bridge taking shape, Woolbrae is quickly becoming a connected, liveable neighbourhood.

After an incredible launch of the first homes last month, Woolbrae has kept the momentum rolling through October. Stage One civil works are on track to be completed by month’s end, while Classic Builders’ second release of House & Land Packages is now finished—welcoming even more first home buyers and families onto the property ladder. Looking ahead, Classic Builders is gearing up for a final pre-Christmas release of ten House & Land Packages, with plenty more coming in the new year. Meanwhile, on site, the first homes are really starting to take shape!
