There’s something pretty special about watching Rangitahi Peninsula take shape.

What started as a vision for a new neighbourhood on the peninsula is now home to hundreds of families, with new homes, new neighbours and a growing community unfolding around us.

We love seeing people make the move to Raglan, put down roots and make the most of everything this little corner of the coast has to offer.

We love seeing Raglan locals on TV! Fox Cabins is being featured in another episode of Moving Houses this Sunday 13 September, 7:30pm on TVNZ1.

The local design and build team has previously featured on the show, including last year’s Season 3, Episode 5 – an Everest XL Tiny Home.

Based in Raglan, Fox Cabins has spent the past four years refining its off-site building process, creating high-quality, fully customised transportable homes. Starting from 70m², homes are designed around each client’s section, lifestyle, design preferences and budget, using The Bach or The Everest as starting points.

Homes are built in Raglan before being transported to site, making Fox Cabins a convenient local option for Rangitahi homeowners. Fixed-price contracts also provide greater certainty around build costs.

A huge congratulations to the team at White Wood Homes on an absolutely outstanding result at this year’s Waikato Master Builders House of the Year Awards. 👏

Their Rangitahi home was named Regional Supreme House of the Year, receiving a total of seven awards, recognising excellence in craftsmanship, interior design, smart home technology, kitchen design and more.

It’s a remarkable achievement and a reflection of the quality, craftsmanship and care that goes into every home they build. We’re proud to have White Wood Homes as part of the Rangitahi community. Well done to everyone involved, very well deserved results for a spectacular home.

One of the best parts of what we do is seeing each home come to life. We get to know the plans, watch the build take shape and then, before we know it, it’s someone’s home.

We were so impressed with the group of locals and visitors who joined us for our first run. Bring your friends and hang around for a coffee at The Hut afterwards!
