The Rangitahi Peninsula development is looking more established with each year. With trees growing and gardens settling in, the houses are definitely turning into homes, and we are proud of our peaceful neighbourhood.

During the design process we encourage the use of native plants which are suited to the coast; flaxes, grasses and hardy species that can handle the conditions. The kind of planting that doesn’t need much fuss once it’s established.

The remaining sections at The Hideaway are now available. And we looove this one right on the water.

Lot 372: A larger section at 1,208m², open outlook directly onto the estuary, with space to create something spectacular.

The early releases in this stage didn’t last long, with strong interest in this part of Rangitahi. It’s easy to understand the appeal, more room to work with, a bit of privacy, close to walking tracks and a setting that feels slightly removed while still being close to town and our welcoming community. Things are shaping up over at our latest stage: The Hideaway.

Earthworks are now around 60% complete, with topsoil spreading beginning shortly, which will start to give a clearer sense of how the landscape will be.

Things are moving steadily forward and it’s exciting to see progress with our new neighbours—six sites within The Hideaway are now sold, with purchasers already in conversation with builders and architects, exploring their home designs.

The next release of sites within this stage boast plenty of space (up to 6200m2) and generous rural and water views.
