A huge congratulations to the team at White Wood Homes on an absolutely outstanding result at this year’s Waikato Master Builders House of the Year Awards. 👏

Their Rangitahi home was named Regional Supreme House of the Year, receiving a total of seven awards, recognising excellence in craftsmanship, interior design, smart home technology, kitchen design and more.

It’s a remarkable achievement and a reflection of the quality, craftsmanship and care that goes into every home they build. We’re proud to have White Wood Homes as part of the Rangitahi community. Well done to everyone involved, very well deserved results for a spectacular home.

If you’re planning your own build, we’d love to introduce you to the team.

One of the best parts of what we do is seeing each home come to life. We get to know the plans, watch the build take shape and then, before we know it, it’s someone’s home.

If you’ve finished building at Rangitahi and would be happy to open your doors, we’d love to hear from you. We regularly feature completed homes in our Journal to celebrate thoughtful design, share the stories behind each home and highlight the different ways people have made Rangitahi their own. Reach out to us through our socials if you would love to give us a tour!

The Landing is home to some of Rangitahi’s final waterfront sections, positioned along the peninsula’s sheltered eastern edge.

With peaceful harbour views, easy access to walking tracks and calm waters just beyond your doorstep, it’s a special place to build a home.

JOIN US ✨ for our next 5km run/walk around Rangitahi Peninsula in Raglan, this Sunday 5th of July at 8am.

We were so impressed with the group of locals and visitors who joined us for our first run. Bring your friends and hang around for a coffee at The Hut afterwards!

All welcome, any age or fitness level 💪

Not a bad way to spend a Sunday morning!

What a turnout for our first 5km run/walk around Rangitahi. It was great to see runners and walkers of all ages, along with locals, newcomers, families and friends all trialling this loop around the peninsula.

The rain held off, The Hut coffee was flowing and plenty of new connections were made along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, especially Campbell Forlong for helping bring the idea to life.

We’re keen to make this a regular event, with the next run locked in for 8am on Sunday 5th July. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re chasing a PB or simply keen to get outdoors and meet a few locals.

Who’s in for the next one?

The Rangitahi Peninsula development is looking more established with each year. With trees growing and gardens settling in, the houses are definitely turning into homes, and we are proud of our peaceful neighbourhood.

During the design process we encourage the use of native plants which are suited to the coast; flaxes, grasses and hardy species that can handle the conditions. The kind of planting that doesn’t need much fuss once it’s established.

The Hideaway: New sections released, and they are our largest yet.

With strong interest already, this stage is quickly proving to be a popular choice. Sections range from 800m² to 6200m², offering a level of space and privacy that’s hard to find this close to Raglan town centre.

With so many families now living at Rangitahi, we see the importance of generational living. Sections at The Hideaway allow for the option to include a second dwelling of up to 70m², giving added flexibility for extended family or guests.

Positioned close to the tennis courts and surrounded by rural views, these sites offer a quieter pocket of the Peninsula with plenty of room to shape your own way of living.

If you’re considering securing a site, it’s worth getting in early. Get in touch with [email protected] to see what is still available.

The Hideaway: Rangitahi’s Largest Sections Yet.

With the first release of sections now sold, construction is underway and The Hideaway is quickly taking shape.

Earthworks are around 90% complete, giving a much more defined view of the contours and how each section will look.

Rangitahi Peninsula is now a well-established part of Raglan, with strong demand from buyers seeking a high-quality coastal lifestyle. Our remaining sections reflect the continued growth and value of the wider development.

The Hideaway boasts our largest sections yet, ranging from 800m² to 6,200m². Each site looks out to something different: sunsets over the estuary and golf course, rolling farmland, or out towards Mt Karioi.

Wake up to walking tracks at your doorstep, tennis court around the corner, and a generous property that gives you more room to live, grow and settle in at your own pace. Sections are fully serviced, with prices starting from $575k depending on size and outlook. Secure yours early and start exploring what’s possible for your home at Rangitahi.
