(1)

Ben joined Ray White Rangiora in 2017 after starting his real estate career in Christchurch a couple of years prior. Being a North Canterbury lad since day dot, it just made sense to work in a marketplace that he knew like the back of his hand. Since then he has gone on to transact over $50 million of real estate - both residential and lifestyle, mainly focused north of the Waimakariri River but h

as been known to dip his toe back into the Christchurch market from time to time. Ben’s clients describe him as a down to earth bloke with great communication skills, completely professional, trustworthy and he naturally goes above and beyond to exceed his client’s expectations. One client even went as far to say that “He is the best real estate agent in the whole world!” Ben describes himself as having a genuine desire to help homeowners and buyers alike make well educated real estate decisions based on the facts of the situation and current market conditions. He also brings to the table a critical eye for detail and the ability to improvise, adapt and overcome when things don’t go as planned, a skill that was paramount in his previous role as a residential Project Manager. Like any good Kiwi lad, Ben’s no one-trick-pony having proven himself as an accomplished Auctioneer on the national stage. If you list your home for auction with the Ray White Morris and Co team it is likely that Ben will be the guy holding the gavel, poised and ready to help you achieve great things. Charity auctions are also where Ben thrives, supporting the community and having a good laugh along the way. Auctioneering has added many advantages to Ben’s sales business, one of which is the expert skill of being able to negotiate a deal under pressure and in a timely fashion. This is often the most important part of the sales process and the skill required can often be the difference between a good result and a great result. Ben is only happy when the latter is achieved and his clients are pretty happy with that too!
