“Interesting times in our auction's rooms of late with an increase in auctions, selling with multiple bidding - being called onto the market through the reserve set level actually on the floor, rather than longer one bidder negotiations outside the rooms - today was no different, with multiple bidding, selling and leaving seven cash buyers walking away empty handed - to the tune of approx $3.6M in unspent cash, not bad for four auctions!”
Depending on price point - First home buyers can go to auction, conditional buyers can go to auction, pre-auction and conditional offers can be presented throughout the campaign, a deadline sale process can be run - I’ve been hearing interesting stories from vendors who have been advised differently…
