Totally in awe with the spoonbill that called in this afternoon. I’ve never seen one in the 8 years of living on a lifestyle block but what an experience, to embrace its beauty and watch it go about its day in the creek which seemed relative friendly for a wild bird to let me get within a couple metres of it.

Not everything these days should be about what personal gain one can achieve, our office decided to muck in and volunteer our time to the Waimakariri Council planting some natives along the Southbrook stream to help stabilise the bank from erosion, helping the natural water ways, native wildlife and the walking track for the locals inbetween the storm water ponds backing onto a modern subdivision to help within the community we live and work in which was enjoyed by the whole team as there was smiles and great banter all around for hours with a nice spread of morning tea 🙃

What a way to start the week!

Congratulations to the purchasers who have now secured this great property after a multi offer situation.

Also a BIG thanks to the vendors who entrusted me with the sale after previously purchasing the property off me and now using me to sell it for them 6 years later👌🏻
