We've had plenty of wind and rain overnight, and with the wind still howling, our contractors won't be climbing onto any roofs today (we'd quite like to keep them on the ground! 😉).

If you need to report maintenance, please scan the Tapi QR code located inside the kitchen cupboard door under the sink to lodge your request.

If you've discovered a leak, a bucket is your best friend for today! 🪣 Pop one underneath to catch the drips until it's safe for someone to get up on the roof.

If it's a life-threatening emergency, please call 111 immediately.

Thanks for bearing with us while Mother Nature has her little tantrum. Stay safe, stay dry, and we'll get onto repairs as soon as it's safe to do so! 💚
