From when the weather was a little nicer than it is today… ☀️😅

A quick visit to Millwood Park yesterday to check in on progress and chat through the entrance signage.

Stage 1 pathway concrete is now down, and looking sharp!👌

With roads, footpaths, landscaping and all the essential infrastructure coming together, you can really start to see Millwood taking shape as a great place to live, with everything you need right on your doorstep.

Things are progressing nicely here at Millwood Park, with infrastructure well underway and Stage 1 sections starting to take shape.

We're excited to see roading and footpaths in place, grass striking nicely in this warm weather – and all in all, steady progress across the development.

Things are trucking along nicely at Millwood Park! 🏡

It’s been a cold winter, but drier-than-usual one – meaning less mud to contend with and plenty of progress on site.

These photos from back in July show the kerbing taking shape, freshly seeded ground and our sections starting to take form ahead of fencing getting underway.

And we’re even further ahead now so stay tuned for more progress updates as Millwood Park continues to take shape.

With drainage and underground services largely complete along Nobeline Drive, attention is now turning to reinstatement of the existing road seal.

Meanwhile, roading works are advancing through Stage 1, and site preparation has now commenced across future Stage 2 areas.
